To apply to reserve a Meeting Room, please use the search form. Make sure the Category, if visible, is set to "Bookable Meeting Rooms." Set the Date to the date you are looking to reserve the room. Set From to be the start time of the event, and Until to the time the event will end. You can book up to 4 hours. If you need time, including setup or teardown time, or additional needs outside of these restrictions, please include it in the "Additional notes" section of the booking form. Running the search like this will allow you to click "Book Now" on an available space to quickly enter your information and apply for the room. To use the visual picker and browse what's currently available, run a search and click the image of the room you'd like to use.
