 effects of sound therapy through quartz crystal bowls\, tuning forks\, and 
 chimes. \n\n-Release stress\, improve mental focus\, and restore balance to 
 your energy field.\n\n-Leave feeling deeply rejuvenated\, with enhanced 
 clarity\, emotional well-being\, and a greater connection to your inner 
 self.\n\n Be sure to bring a yoga mat to lay on along with a blanket. If
