**No Qigong this week due to school vacation**

With similarities to yoga and tai chi, Qigong is an ancient healing art that blends fitness, breathwork, and meditation.  In this standing practice, we will harness the expansive energy of spring to build strength and flexibility while balancing mind, body and spirit for a fresh new year.

Suitable for beginners.  No props necessary.  Yoga mat suggested for bare feet.  Comfortable, loose clothing recommended.
