Fall Qigong Session In-Person

Transitioning from autumn to winter, nature is calling us to let go and draw inward.  Related to the elements of Metal and Water in traditional Chinese medicine, our Qigong practice will focus on strengthening the lungs and immune system, increasing circulation, and nourishing the kidneys and joints.  Release and renew through deep breathing and slow movements this season.

*While a standing practice, chairs are available for modifications.  A yoga mat is suggested for those practicing in bare feet or socks. This program is sponsored by the Agawam Center Library Association.
