Evening Qigong Session In-Person
Do you have trouble unwinding after work? Does deep slumber allude you? Let go of the worries and weight of the day and invite in calming energy with Qigong. This evening practice is intended to soothe the mind, ease emotional stress, and release physical tensions. Get ready for deep relaxation and rest.
*This practice incorporates standing and seated floor exercises. A yoga mat is highly recommended. This program is sponsored by the Agawam Center Library Association.
