Fall Qigong In-Person

As illustrated by the trees losing their leaves, autumn is a time of transition and letting go.  Embracing the energy of fall, this Qigong series focuses on the Metal element and the qi of the lungs and respiratory system.  Exercises will focus on strengthening the breath, expanding the chest, and fortifying the immune system in preparation for winter.  Join us in taking time to slow down and nourish the body and spirit this season.

*While a standing practice, chairs are available for modifications.  A yoga mat is suggested for those practicing in bare feet or socks. This program is sponsored by the Agawam Center Library Association.
