Qigong for Summer (Pop-up Summer Session) In-Person
Instructor Pamela Cincotta is back with us for a "pop-up" class in Qigong this summer. Connected to the element of Fire and the organ of the heart, the season of summer is related to the sun, warmth, and energy. With summer's long days, activity, and heat, this practice is meant to balance the body's inner fire and restore lightness and joy to the heart. Join us in learning movements to stay energized, cool, and calm during these warmer months.
Whether you are familiar with the practice or are an absolute beginner, join us for this ancient Chinese practice to enhance health and healing in the body, mind, and spirit. Using deep breathing, standing exercises/stretches, and flowing movements, Qigong helps clear tension out of the body while calming the mind and balancing emotions. This practice will leave you feeling both relaxed and energized.
