Qigong: Meditation in Motion In-Person

Would you like less stress and more energy?  Join instructor Pamela Cincotta and try Qigong for yourself.

Qigong (pronounced Chee-Gong) is an ancient Chinese practice to enhance health and healing in the body, mind, and spirit.  Using deep breathing, standing exercises/stretches, and flowing movements, Qigong helps clear tension out of the body while calming the mind and balancing emotions.  This practice will leave you feeling both relaxed and energized.

Some health benefits of practicing Qigong include lowering blood pressure, strengthening the immune system, improving strength and flexibility, reducing anxiety, improving sleep and promoting well-being. Please bring a yoga mat if you plan on removing your shoes while participating. Additionally, participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring bottled water. This series of classes is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
